In these times of restricted credits due to the sup-prime debacle, we in
the alternative funding space do have financial services to offer businesses
that are finding it hard to obtain funding through main street banking.

offers asset-based and structured financing solutions to expanding companies
in the manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling and service industries.
WSVC provide working capital to businesses with revenues ranging from
$5 million to more than $100 million.

Our funding solutions are structured to maximize the borrowing capacity
of the borrwer's collateral. Our covenant requirements are minimal; usually
only a break-even profitability requirement and generation of enough cash
flow to properly service the loan
